Staff Tutors
Staff Tutors are employed by the Course, full or part-time, and share fully in its oversight and teaching.
The other Staff Tutors have day-to-day oversight of students and candidates living in their geographical areas, and lead the tutor group of which those people are members
Further to this each staff member carries a portfolio of responsibilities. The staff member named takes a co-ordinating role in this aspect of the Course’s life. These are listed below:

Associate Staff Tutors
Associate staff tutors assist the course by contributing to the staff team for planning and curriculum development, and by occasional teaching and presence at course events. Carla Grosch-Miller is a minister in the United Reformed Church and John Searle is an Anglican who trained on SWMTC.
