| Staff Tutors are employed by the Course, full or part-time, and share fully
in its oversight and teaching. Each Staff Tutor has day-to-day oversight of
students and candidates living in his or her geographical area, and leads the
tutor group of which those people are members Further to this each staff member carries a portfolio of responsibilities.
The staff member named takes a co-ordinating role in this aspect of the Course’s

| Associate staff tutors assist the course by contributing to the staff team
for planning and curriculum development, and by occasional teaching and presence
at course events. Peter Henderson is Director of Training for the Southwestern
Province of the URC and has a specific responsibility for ordinands. Susan
Graham was formerly a staff tutor on the Course. Carla Grosch-Miller is a
minister in the United Reformed Church and John Searle is an Anglican who
trained on SWMTC. |
