SWMTC offers a module in reflective practice for ministry for the first year after initial ministerial training. This module, ‘Ministry Development Module IV’, is standard provision for new curates in the Diocese of Exeter, and is also available to our other Dioceses and to Methodist probationers. SWMTC also offers Continuing Ministerial Education days, currently based in Exeter. SWMTC is also in partnership with the University of Exeter on the delivery of a new Postgraduate Certificate in Practical Theology, being piloted with funding from the St Luke’s College Foundation.
